Online Flowers Orders
Can I add a delivery date to my online orders?
You can add your chosen delivery date using the 'Pick a delivery date' field on the cart page of checkout. (Above 'Add card message here' field.)
Can I add a personal message to my online orders?
You can add your own personal message with every hand-tied bouquet you send by using the 'add card message here' field on the cart page of checkout (Below 'pick delivery date' field).Your message will be provided on a stylish gift card and will be presented with your flowers.
How do I amend an online order?
If you would like to change the details of an online order you've recently placed, please contact one of our team on 01704 568288.
What methods of online payment do you accept?
We are pleased to accept any of the following methods of payment for purchases made online at inspiredflowers.co.uk:
American Express, Master Card, Maestro/Switch, Visa Credit, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Amex, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
I'm having difficulty placing my online order, what do I do?
If you experience problems placing your order online, contact one of our team on 01704 568288. We are more than happy to take your order via the telephone.
Can I create an order for a date the in the future?
Not a problem, our 'pick a delivery date' calendar goes up to 2 months in advance, if you require a delivery date after this date, please call one of our team on 01704 568288 and we will be able to help.
How much is my online flower delivery?
Delivery charge varies on where you would like your flowers delivering. We offer two rates of flower delivery Southport which are as follows:
Southport - Birkdale, Kew, High-park, Hillside and Ainsdale are a standard £4.50.
Southport - Churchtown, Southport town centre & Formby are a standard £5.50.
What areas does your online delivery cover?
Our deliveries cover the following areas of Southport:
Birkdale, Southport town centre, Hillside, Ainsdale, Formby, Kew, High-park & churchtown.
Can you send me a paper receipt?
Of course, this is not a problem, once you have placed your order online send us a quick email asking for this at inspiredflowersofficial@gmail.com and we will post one out to you. Or you can call one of our team on 01704 568288 and we will be happy to sort this out for you.
What time do I need to place my order for same day delivery?
For same day delivery we ask that your order is placed before 1pm, to ensure we have the time and stock to make your fresh hand-tied floral bouquet and the time to deliver it.
Can I send flowers to a hospital?
Unfortunately hospital wards no longer accept flowers, if you are wanting to send flowers to a member of staff at the hospital, we must know full details of the recipients name (first & last) job role title and which part of the hospital they work in, also what time their shift ends. As we can normally only deliver to the main reception, so this information will help the main reception staff find the correct person.
Can I send flowers to a business/work address?
This is not a problem, we would however have to ensure we have the recipients full name (first & last) which part of the building they work in, and their job role title, also what time they finish their working day, as we can normally only deliver to the main reception, this will help your fresh floral bouquet reach the desired person.
How should I place a funeral order?
Our main funeral guide is all available online under our funeral category, there you can see images and ideas for what you may like, you can order directly trough our website, or you can call one of our team on 01704 568288, or if you would like to come into the shop to see one of our team face to face, we will be more than happy to go through all of the funeral details with you.If you are wanting something quite specific or do not see quite what you are looking for, I recommend you call one of our team or pop in to see one of us, as we have lots of other images and can help and advise you. We understand how much of a difficult time this is, and fully appreciate that flowers may be the last thing on your mind, we will help you and take some of the stress away, as we will give you as much advice as we can, and we will liaise with the funeral director, and we will deliver to the funeral director. If you are wanting something quite specific, if you could allow as much time as possible, for us to ensure we can get the specific requirements all in time and have enough time to design and create your tribute.

How do I contact you?
If you have a query relating to an order that has yet to be delivered, or if you have a query about an order that has already been delivered then please contact us on 01704 568288.
How are the flowers packaged?
Inspired Flowers delivered gifts will arrive beautifully presented in cellophane wrap finished with pretty ribbon. Your personal message will be displayed on an attractive message card.
Can I design my own bouquet or flowers?
Yes Absolutely, all of our floral hand-tied's are bespoke and created by hand. You can add specific requirements in your cart when checking out or if you would prefer call us direct or pop into the shop. We're here to help!Occasions, colours, styles, types of flowers & price are elements to consider when using this service to create your personal gift. You can speak in person to one of our expert Florists who will be happy to discuss your exact requirements. Contact us on 01704 568288.
Can I choose the colours and flowers in my bouquets?
We select the freshest, seasonal flowers, so you can choose the colours and flowers you love from our daily selection.

Do flowers arrive pre-arranged?
All our bouquets are professionally arranged and package by hand. We’ve even written a flower care guide to get your flowers looking beautiful in their new home.
Can I order more than one bouquet per booking/delivery?
You certainly can! Just let us know at the time of booking so that we can arrange prepayment for each bouquet and a time slot to suit.
Please note, we will only charge one service charge for multiple bouquets at the same location and time.
How much is my flower delivery?
Our delivery charge varies on where you would like your flowers delivering. We have two standard sets of delivery charges.
Southport - Birkdale, Kew, High-park, Hillside and Ainsdale are a standard £4.50.
Southport - Churchtown, Southport town centre & Formby are a standard £5.50.

What happens If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made?We will always do our upmost to assure your recipient receives their flowers directly from us, however sometimes we do find that the recipient is not home.
In this case we will try a neighbour and leave a card through the recipients door, or we will leave in a safe place at the property. If there is absolutely no safe place to leave your flowers, and no neighbours home either, we will return them to the shop along with a card for the recipient to call us and we can arrange for the flowers to be collected.
